You've read the Bible and you know that it's true.
You actually acknowledged it so.
God will hold you liable to what's written there.
Why not obey rather than letting it go?
God lets you decide whose side you're on.
If not His side, what's left then?
You say you're with God and some time you'll choose ...
You'll obey Him ... but when?
Even Jesus doesn't know the day or the hour,
When the mighty trumpets will sound.
Goats on the left and sheep on the right.
On which side will you be found?
Be washed now. Stay faithful, too.
Don't wait another day.
Will your name be there in the Lamb's Book of Life?
It will be, if you obey.

"You've read the Bible and you know its true, because you actually acknowledged it as so, but because you really don't think God will hold you liable and you let it go, what's left then?"... written by Debbie Clausen-Guinn on Facebook, Monday, December 18. Her lines just "sang" to me!
To be insightful means to intuitively grasp things - an "aha!" moment!
About Me
- Netagene
- I am a member of the church of Christ. I have been writing things since I was little. Some have been printed, some posted. I write to teach or encourage; to blow off steam; and for fun! I had my own motorcycle in my 40s; I was a bluegrass music DJ for about 13 years; I've performed some. I am a member of the NRA. In 2003 (age 59), I became high partial legally blind; in 2005, I had to get hearing aids! Franklin Field said: "Poor eyes limit your sight; poor vision limits your deeds". And no kidding, the picture was made April, 2012!

HOARY
Bless the one with hoary head
A sign of passing years
Those who walk with halting gait
Have endured much love and tears.
Respect the one with hoary head
Hear wisdom learned with time
Aged men and women
Are like gold that's been refined.
The example of these white-hairs ones
Who are in the Good Shepherd's fold
Looking for a city where we'll never grow old.

YARN for ME!
YARN FOR ME
this holidee
Brings smiles and lots of good cheer!
Red, white, and green,
all colors between
Are welcome all through the year!
Patterns galore!
I find many more!
Yet when will I have the time?
Thin yarn or thick,
Whate'er'll do the trick,
Expensive or bought for a dime!
Gotta use what I've got --
Whether passe’ or "hot".
Need another house for all of my stash!
So whatever the date,
more yarn can wait.
Just don't dump my yarn in the trash!
